  • 3 peeled clementines
  • 1 small ripe sliced banana
  • 1 peeled skinny carrot
  • A little piece of fresh ginger peeled
  • 1/4 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 cup of ice


  • Place the ingredients in the Mix&Go glass and blend until desired texture.
